College is Awesome because...

This blog entry is very personal because, well, those are my photos and my friends' because I've been there and I've done that. Except the buko juice vendor, I haven't done that, lol.jk.k.

1. Alcohol. Sorry parents, I had to write the facts. Happy Birthday, friend! Happy break-up, friend! Happy passing grade, friend! Happy failing grade, friend! Happy breathing day, friend! Happy anything, sad anything, just anything. CHEERS! Please don't drunk text/call/tweet/pm/dm/im/snapchat/ask/bbm your ex, I beg you. Also, beware of hangovers.

2. Surprises! College is the time where everyone surprises everyone! Happy Monthsary, Bae! Happy Birthday, friend! I've seen the flowers, balloons, cupcakes, party poppers, photoshopped portraits, letters, video greetings and everything else you can see on Pinterest (lol) you name it, we've done it! It's such a wonderful feeling to be loved like that, if someone surprised you, it means you're special.

3. LGBTQ. College without gay friends is like.. well, life without gay friends.  Your gay friend is uber entertaining, your lesbian friend is extra nice (nakaka-fall) and your bisexual friend is dating your lesbian friend. Tapos mas maganda pa yung transgender sayo. He has a boyfriend. She has a girlfriend. Ain't it fun? ^.^

4. Allowance. Don't pretend that money does not matter to you, we all know it does, to all of us. They say love makes the world go 'round. Hugs will not pay for your groceries, kisses will not pay for your cinema tickets and holding hands will not give you free siomai. Maliban nalang kung landiin mo yung siomai vendor, goodluck! Pero suggestion ko lang ha, much better yung buko juice vendor.

5. Extensive Education. Let's not forget why we are all here *sits straight* *feeling President's lister* Our parents sent us here to study and graduate because education is an investment. Yes, the four other listed things here are great but let's show some respect and make finishing college our priority (hindi ang pag-landi) It's the diploma, man, kailangan mo yan sa pag apply mo sa call center. lol.

So if you're a high school student, this is what you will be facing in College, swear, bawal ka sa college kung di ka iinom at papatol sa same sex halaaaaa. Just kidding, you'll be fine ^.^
